My stress response is to punch my hand, pick at my skin, or my leg tremurs

An emotion I would like to feel more of is self security. I would like to know that I am enough and I am great. I still haven't learned how to make that possible but I will.

Insecurity. Like I said before I don't know what to do to accomplish it.

My hierarchy of need are to feel safe, express my happiness, and indulge in my sadness. Yes, these are being met almost every day
